I offer integrative bodywork and energy healing that meets you exactly where you are. My sessions weave together Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Sound Healing, therapeutic massage, Polarity Therapy, and other somatic practices to support your nervous system, soften held tension, and create space for your body to unwind in its own way and time.
